The chat widget on your website
Four pages that configure the CloudFly Helpdesk chat widget: paste the embed snippet, restyle it, decide how visitors identify themselves, add other channels.
The chat widget is the floating panel in the corner of your website. This section configures it from the console: paste the embed snippet, restyle it, decide whether visitors have to sign in, and open other ways to reach you.
The four tasks here
Embed the widget on your website — take the snippet from the Configuration tab and paste it into your pages.
Customize color, position and greeting — brand color, launcher shape, avatar and the first line a customer reads.
Allow anonymous chat, or require a sign-in — one choice that decides whether you may trust what a visitor typed.
Add Zalo, Messenger and a hotline — the picker screen for visitors who would rather reach you somewhere else.
Before you open any of them
The widget is a channel, and every channel pours conversations into the same queue — Shared inboxes and channels explains that relationship. If the workspace has no website widget channel yet, build one in Create your first channel, then come back here to tune it.
All four pages edit the same screen: Channels → open your website widget channel. Three tabs split the work — Configuration holds the snippet and the access rules, Widget Chat holds the appearance, Settings holds the greeting.
The widget is a customer-facing surface, so every switch here changes what somebody outside the workspace experiences. Read Allow anonymous chat, or require a sign-in before relying on a name or an address a visitor typed: the pre-chat form collects, it does not verify.
Organize mail with folders, labels and flags
Build your own folders inside a mailbox, apply coloured labels to messages, and use the Flagged view to gather the mail you mean to come back to.
Embed the widget on your website
Copy the embed snippet from the Configuration tab of a website widget channel, paste it into your pages, list the domain and send a test message.
