CloudFly Helpdesk collects every customer channel into **one queue**, so agents
answer in a single place instead of juggling five applications. This
documentation is written for two readers: the agent who lives in that queue,
and the administrator who sets the workspace up around them.

## Where to start [#where-to-start]

[Getting started with CloudFly Helpdesk](/en/bat-dau) is the first closed
loop, and takes about a morning in order:

* [Sign in and find your way around](/en/bat-dau/dang-nhap) — your first visit to the console.
* [Create your first channel](/en/bat-dau/tao-kenh-dau-tien) — the chat panel for your website.
* [Handle your first conversation](/en/bat-dau/xu-ly-hoi-thoai-dau-tien) — answering a real customer.
* [Invite a colleague into the workspace](/en/bat-dau/moi-dong-nghiep) — adding the second person.

## Look a concept up when you are stuck [#look-a-concept-up-when-you-are-stuck]

The [Concepts](/en/khai-niem/inbox-va-kenh) section holds the explanations,
so the task pages never repeat them. It covers inboxes and channels,
conversations against tickets, the two axes of access, and a
[glossary](/en/khai-niem/thuat-ngu) pairing every idea with the label the
console prints.

> **Note:** This first release runs to nine pages per language. Sections missing from the
> lists above, reporting and the customer portal among them, are still being
> written.
