This section walks one full circle around a new workspace: sign in, connect a
channel, answer a customer, add a colleague. Taken in order, each page uses
what the page before it produced.

*The console after signing in, with one conversation open.*

## Take them in this order [#take-them-in-this-order]

1. [Sign in and find your way around](/en/bat-dau/dang-nhap) — reach the
console and learn the three regions of the screen.
2. [Create your first channel](/en/bat-dau/tao-kenh-dau-tien) — build the
website widget and collect the embed snippet for your site.
3. [Handle your first conversation](/en/bat-dau/xu-ly-hoi-thoai-dau-tien) —
answer the customer, leave an internal note, then resolve the thread.
4. [Invite a colleague into the workspace](/en/bat-dau/moi-dong-nghiep) —
create the second account and grant it access.

## If you would rather understand first [#if-you-would-rather-understand-first]

None of the four pages above explains a concept; each links into the concepts
section instead. [Roles and per-feature permissions](/en/khai-niem/vai-tro-va-quyen)
covers who may do what. [Shared inboxes and channels](/en/khai-niem/inbox-va-kenh)
covers where a customer message lands. And
[when a request needs a ticket of its own](/en/khai-niem/hoi-thoai-vs-ticket)
is a question you will meet in your first week.

> **Note:** Two of the four tasks need the administrator role: creating a channel and
> creating an account. An agent can still work through the other two on day
> one.
